Description

Tiger Aluminum 4.5 inch conical flap discs leverage a paired flap design to deliver high performance grinding on aluminum. The top flaps are coated to eliminate loading and allow the disc to maintain a high cut-rate, while the alternating flaps aggressively remove material with self-sharpening zirconia aluminum grains. The combination delivers the ultimate combination of high performance grinding for aluminum at an exceptional value. _x000D_ _x000D_ The type 29 conical disc shape maximizes surface contact when grinding between 15° & 35° for aggressive stock removal on flat surfaces while the 60 grit abrasive grain is ideal for weld blending, finishing and cosmetic detail work. with a right angle grinder. This disc offers a metal 5/8" - 11 nut that allows for quick changeovers and prevents the disc from sticking to the spindle.
